By-Laws
ARTICLE I. MEETINGS:
Section 1.
Regular Business Meetings of this company shall be held on the first Wednesday of each month.
Section 2.
Special Meetings, called by the president, shall be held two days after notification of members. In lieu of a special company meeting, the president , in an emergency, may call a meeting of the Executive Committee. Any decisions that may be reached at an Executive Committee Meeting shall be reported to the company at its next regular business meeting.
Section 3.
The Annual Meeting of this company shall be held on the first Wednesday of the month of December of each year, at witch time the Fiscal Year of the company shall end and the officers for the upcoming year shall be elected.
Section 4.
All regular business meetings, and special meetings of this company shall be held at 7:00 p.m. unless specified by the president.
Section 5.
At all special and regular business meetings nine members shall constitute a quorum.
